1. Plain Brown Box
Every item is shipped inside a sturdy, plain brown box or completely opaque security mailer with zero branding, logos, or markings.
2. Neutral Shipping Label
The shipping label only shows your address, barcode, and neutral sender “Furvic Logistics”. No product name is ever printed.
3. Confidential COD
Pay cash or scan UPI upon delivery. Delivery personnel only know the total cash collection amount and have no idea what is inside.
What courier companies do you use?
We partner with India's leading express couriers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees. All couriers operate under strict corporate non-disclosure and privacy protocols.
Will the courier call me before delivery?
Yes. The courier agent will call your registered phone number prior to arrival to confirm your availability. You can ask them to deliver at your preferred time or hand it over at your building gate.
What will appear on my bank statement or UPI app?
If you pay Cash on Delivery, there is zero bank statement trace. If you choose to scan UPI to the courier at delivery, the transaction reflects standard logistics partner collection (e.g., “Delhivery Logistics”).
What is your return & replacement policy?
For hygiene reasons, intimate wellness items cannot be returned once opened. However, in the rare event of a transit damage or manufacturing defect, we offer an immediate, free replacement with zero hassle.
