How Discreet Delivery Actually Works in India: Plain Packaging & COD Guide

1. Why Privacy & Discretion Matter Most

Ordering intimate and personal wellness products online often comes with anxiety: Will the delivery driver know what is inside? Is the product name printed on the outer label? What if a family member receives the parcel?

At FURVIC, our fulfillment system is engineered from the ground up around 100% Zero Embarrassment.

2. The Plain Brown Corrugated Box Standard

Every single parcel dispatched from our fulfillment center follows these strict packaging rules:

• 100% Unbranded Sturdy Brown Cardboard: There are zero logos, colorful brand graphics, or intimations of what is packed inside.
• Opaque Security Sealing: Sealed with heavy-duty tamper-proof security tape so the contents are completely invisible.
• Neutral Shipping Label: The shipping label only contains your Name, Address, Contact Number, and a generic merchant code (e.g. Furvic Logistics). The product name is NEVER printed on the outer label or the courier dispatch manifest.

3. Doorstep Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol

With our direct 1-Click COD checkout:

• You do not have to enter bank card details online.
• When the delivery agent from partner networks (such as Delhivery or Blue Dart) arrives, they only see the parcel barcode and the COD cash collection amount.
• You can pay using exact physical cash or scan the courier partner's UPI QR code directly at your doorstep.

4. Delivery Timelines Across India

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) receive delivery within 2 to 3 days, while all other Indian tier-2/tier-3 pin codes arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
